We’re a small Waihi Beach grower dedicated to pure, sustainable food. Every tray is sown, harvested, and packed by hand — so you get the freshest, most flavourful greens possible.

Broccoli Shoots

Mild & Nutty.  Crunchy shoots packed with flavour and nutrients. Great for smoothies and stir-fries.

Available in 70g.

Sunflower Shoots

Nutty & Crunchy.  Adds texture and flavour to salads or bowls. Loaded with protein and vitamin E. 

Available in 70g.                           

Super Mix

A Little Bit of Everything.  A vibrant mix of shoots for variety, flavour, and colour. Ideal for everyday meals.

Microgreen Pesto

Microgreens: Sunflower or pea shoots
Ingredients: Garlic, nuts (pine or walnuts), olive oil, Parmesan
Instructions: Blend until smooth. Toss with pasta, drizzle over roasted vegetables, or swirl into risotto for a burst of fresh, herbaceous flavour.

Microgreen Smoothie Boost

Microgreens: Kale, broccoli, or pea shoots
Ingredients: Banana, frozen berries, almond milk, chia seeds
Instructions: Blend until creamy. Finish with a few whole microgreens on top for visual impact and extra nutrients.

Microgreen‑Infused Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado (ripe)

  • 1 cup microgreens of your choice (e.g., sunflower, pea shoots)

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup almond flour

  • ⅓ cup coconut or brown sugar

  • ⅓ cup pure maple syrup

  • 3 Tbsp butter (softened) or coconut oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Pre‑heat the oven to 180 °C.

  2. Grease a 20cm×20cm baking dish.

  3. Place all ingredients into a food processor (or blender) and blend until smooth.

  4. Pour the mixture into the dish and bake for ~30 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out clean).

  5. Let cool, then cut into squares and serve.
